“Tears for Laos” was made by Dori and Barbara Shimoda from Give Children A Choice for the Deputy Ambassador of Laos.

The video premiered in New Orleans in 2 universities and a high school; it is a subject that brings a certain sadness to all of us who work in the ground in Laos.
