Be a part of history!

  • Come and share your ideas, your thoughts about preserving our cultures, our languages, our stories. Learn and build coalitions.
  • Organize our community as we learn about the potential effects of upcoming immigration laws on our community, the long term effects of mental health, the issues surrounding socio-economic justice.
  • Discover long term effects of education on the well being of our community.
  • Learn from our panelists as they share information on these issues.

This is a wonderful opportunity for everyone to come together to share ideas, hear oral history from our elders, network, learn, share and collaborate for the betterment of our community.

Due to limited space, registration is required. Registration fees are $100 for conference participants and $50 forseniors/students (access to both days). There is an early bird special 20% discount for those who register by March 15, 2010. The workshops are open to young adults (high school) and older.
